This is only during making calls except least volume while connecting it with the phone. I dont face any problem while listening to music or any videos. These all issues are common in both the earbuds pair I have. I also noticed a kind of microlag between the left and right buds. There is always a static sound while on calls. When I place the buds back in case and take them out and reconnect and change the volume mutiple times then it starts working properly. Whenever I take out the right eardbud, it connects but the volume is so low that I cant hear it. I have using one pair since one month and ordered another replacement just yesterday, and issue exists on both of them. I am also facing the same issues as others while calling anyone over internet or direct calls. Reset earbuds and re-paired to PC and iPhone. Ensured no firmware updates for QC earbuds. Updated/ensured latest bluetooth drivers.

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously? (May also occur on Teams calls on iOS, but I need to test this further). The echo/lag is very distracting making the QC earbuds almost unusable. When using my prior Bose SoundSport earbuds (the ones with a wire between the two earbuds), this does not occur. When on audio or video calls using apps like Microsoft Team or Zoom, the audio seems to 'echo' between the two earbuds, almost like there is a slight microsecond 'lag' between the two earbuds.
